FCC Announces Deadline to File Annual International Traffic and Revenue Data for 2014 is September 30, 2015

The International Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has set Wednesday, September 30, 2015 as the deadline for common carriers and interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) providers that offer international telecommunications services to file their annual International Traffic and Revenue Data for the 2014 calendar year, pursuant to §43.62 of the FCC’s rules. 47 C.F.R. §43.62. Any revisions to the data must be filed by November 30, 2015.
 
The deadline is moved from its mandated date of July 31st for this year only to accommodate the development of the new online filing system, found here. All companies must utilize the online filing system to complete these reports. The online filing system opens on Monday, August 17, 2015. Specific instructions as to how to complete the various sections of the report can be found in the Filing Manual for Section 43.62 Reports here.
